I don’t go for alcohol to relieve stress because I am pretty bad at drinking. I easily get drunk. So, I usually go for pirated version of alcohol – Non-alcoholic Malta drink. 
It looks like beer bottle and taste a bit like Guinness Stout. But it will not get me drunk. So I can pretend to drink a lot of beer but still in good condition.
